Terms and Conditions

1. Contractual Relationship

These Terms of Use ("Terms”) govern your access to or use of applications, websites, content, products, and services (collectively, the "Services”) provided by Adeeg Food, a private limited liability company established in Somalia.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICES.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, creating a contractual relationship between you and Adeeg Food. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services. These Terms supersede any prior agreements or arrangements with you. Adeeg Food may terminate these Terms or any Services with you at any time for any reason, and may cease offering or deny access to the Services or any portion thereof.

Supplemental terms may apply to certain Services, such as policies for specific events, activities, or promotions. These supplemental terms will be disclosed to you in connection with the applicable Services and will be deemed part of these Terms. In case of a conflict, supplemental terms will prevail.

Adeeg Food may amend these Terms from time to time. Amendments will be effective upon posting at this location or the amended policies on the applicable Service. Continued access or use of the Services after such posting constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

Our collection and use of personal information is outlined in Adeeg Food’s Privacy Policy. Adeeg Food may provide necessary information (including your contact details) to a claims processor or insurer if there is a complaint, dispute, or conflict involving you and a Third Party Provider (including a transportation network company driver) to resolve the issue.

2. The Services

The Services constitute a technology platform that allows users of Adeeg Food’s mobile applications or websites (each, an "Application”) to arrange and schedule transportation and/or logistics services with independent third-party providers ("Third Party Providers"). These providers are not employed by Adeeg Food or its affiliates.

License.
Subject to compliance with these Terms, Adeeg Food grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, revocable, non-transferable license to: (i) access and use the Applications on your personal device solely in connection with your use of the Services; and (ii) access and use any content and related materials available through the Services, solely for personal, non-commercial use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Adeeg Food and its licensors.

Restrictions.
You may not: (i) remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from any portion of the Services; (ii) reproduce, modify, distribute, license, lease, sell, resell, or exploit the Services except as expressly permitted by Adeeg Food; (iii) decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the Services, except as allowed by applicable law; (iv) link to, mirror, or frame any part of the Services; (v) launch programs or scripts to scrape, index, or otherwise data mine the Services; or (vi) attempt unauthorized access to or impair the Services or its systems.

Provision of the Services.
Portions of the Services may be available under Adeeg Food’s various brands or request options associated with transportation or logistics.

Third Party Services and Content.
The Services may be linked with third-party services and content, including advertising, which Adeeg Food does not control. Different terms and privacy policies may apply. Adeeg Food is not responsible for third-party services and content. Third-party beneficiaries, such as Apple Inc., Google, Inc., Microsoft Corporation, or BlackBerry Limited, will not be responsible for the provision or support of the Services.

Ownership.
The Services and all associated rights remain the property of Adeeg Food or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use Adeeg Food’s names, logos, trademarks, or those of its licensors beyond the limited license described.

3. Your Use of the Services

User Accounts.
To use most aspects of the Services, you must register for and maintain an active personal user account ("Account”). You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to obtain an Account. Account registration requires submission of personal information and a valid payment method. You agree to keep your Account information accurate and up-to-date. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in inability to access or use the Services. You are responsible for all activity under your Account and must maintain the security of your Account details. Unless permitted otherwise, you may only have one Account.

User Requirements and Conduct.
The Service is not available to individuals under 18. You may not authorize third parties to use your Account or allow minors to receive transportation or logistics services unless accompanied by you. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and use the Services only for lawful purposes. You must not cause nuisance, annoyance, or damage. Proof of identity may be required.

Text Messaging.
By creating an Account, you agree to receive text (SMS) messages related to your use of the Services. You may opt out of these messages by following unsubscribe directions, but this may impact your use of the Services.

Promotional Codes.
Adeeg Food may issue promotional codes redeemable for Account credit or other benefits ("Promo Codes”). Promo Codes: (i) must be used as intended; (ii) cannot be duplicated or sold; (iii) may be disabled by Adeeg Food at any time; (iv) must be used according to specific terms; (v) are not valid for cash; and (vi) may expire. Adeeg Food may adjust or withhold credits obtained through Promo Codes if misuse is detected.

User Provided Content.
You may submit content to Adeeg Food ("User Content”), which remains your property. By providing User Content, you grant Adeeg Food a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute it without further notice or payment. You warrant that your User Content does not infringe third-party rights or violate laws.

Network Access and Devices.
You are responsible for obtaining the necessary network access and for any data or messaging charges. Adeeg Food does not guarantee that the Services will work on all hardware or devices.

4. Payment

Charges.
You understand that using the Services may result in charges for services or goods provided by Third Party Providers ("Charges”). Adeeg Food will facilitate payment on behalf of the Third Party Provider. Charges include applicable fees and taxes and are non-refundable unless determined otherwise by Adeeg Food. You may request lower Charges at the time of service.

Repair or Cleaning Fees.
You are responsible for repair or cleaning costs for damage beyond normal wear and tear. Adeeg Food may facilitate payment for these costs using your payment method if reported and verified.

5. Disclaimers; Limitation of Liability; Indemnity

Disclaimer.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available.” Adeeg Food disclaims all warranties not expressly stated, including implied warranties. Adeeg Food does not guarantee the Services’ reliability, quality, or uninterrupted operation. You assume all risk related to the use of the Services.

Limitation of Liability.
Adeeg Food is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to the use of the Services. Adeeg Food’s total liability is capped at $500. Adeeg Food is not responsible for third-party services beyond what is stated in these Terms.

Indemnity.
You agree to indemnify Adeeg Food and its affiliates from claims related to your use of the Services, breach of these Terms, or violation of third-party rights.

6. Lost Property

Responsibility.
You are responsible for removing your property from Third Party Provider vehicles. If left behind, the property may be handed over to Adeeg Food or a local service entity. Adeeg Food is not liable for property loss or damage and will only hold property for up to three months. If not collected, it may be disposed of.
